Ventilation Buildings
Realistic Ventilation Scenarios
Our Ventilation Buildings are designed to simulate real-world fire scenarios, focusing on ventilation tactics and strategies. These models help fire departments practice essential techniques for managing smoke, heat, and airflows in both high-rise and residential environments. Using this training strategy, teams can improve understanding in coordination, decision-making, and effectiveness during actual emergencies.
Along with the models, we provide custom training guides tailored to your specific needs, ensuring your team receives the most effective and relevant training possible.
Why Use Ventilation Props?
-
Operational Buildings: Handcrafted with attention to detail, each model is equipped with scale rooms and functioning doors and windows representative of real buildings
-
Smoke Flow Visualization: Small fans are used to ventilate smoke, allowing users to effectively visualize the flow of smoke
-
Effective Visualization: The size of each model, along with its clear walls and ceilings of each building allow users to easily see inside and visualize the scenario
-
Support Cancer Reduction: Ventilation training models support strategies that reduce exposure to harmful carcinogens by improving air quality and safety during firefighting operations.

Our Ventilation Buildings
Our Ventilation Buildings include High-Rise and Residential options, designed to replicate two of the most commonly encountered fire scenarios that demand advanced ventilation techniques.

High-Rise Tower
The High-Rise Tower simulates the complex, multi-floor environments of apartment or office buildings to help users understand emergency high-rise ventilation tactics and principles.
Features:
-
Six floors with multiple units on each floor
-
Stairwells at either end of the building allows for demonstration of pressurized stairwell principles and effective evacuation techniques
-
Functioning doors and windows to simulate real environments

Residential House
The Residential model is designed to help users visualize fire behaviour and effective ventilation strategies in a single-family home.
Features:
-
Two stories to allow practice of both vertical and horizontal ventilation techniques
-
Clear ceiling to easily see inside as smoke is ventilated
-
Removable roof to see interior floor layout
-
Multiple compartments in the roof to allow vertical ventilation
